Doctor Reports?
 

I can view my logs, but not all on one page for easy printing and the notes aren't visible on the normal view logs screen, at least not all of them. Is there a link I'm missing to generate a report?

You can "push" (email) your logs, under the settings icon on your iPhone. When you get this email you can copy and paste this information into a document to take the doctor. If you want you can also make a screen shot of the last seven days graph and insert this into the document as well.
