Recover accidentally deleted logs

How do I recover some logs that were accidentally deleted while learning to navigate around the site?:confused:

Hopefully you have a copy of the downloaded CSV file or email file that you previously sent to your doctor. I am sorry to say that there is no way to recover a deleted log, unless you are using multiple devices and have not synced all of them recently. You will most-likely need to re-punch the data if you have a copy.
