really low bg after workout
This mostly happens after a hiit session. After I'm done I test right away and my glucose is lower yesterday it was down to 51 so I ate a piece of candy. I'm not really experienced when it comes to my bg since I've only been diagnosed for over a month but does anyone else have this problem after intense workouts and how do you prevent or work around it?
