I'm new and confused

My numbers are 160ish VA is just having me watch things. I just don't get it when I eat its high, when I don't eat it's high. 1 time it was 116 don't know how?

Read the first 3 threads in the Type 2 Section, they will help you a lot. It takes a lot of work to get the numbers down with no meds. Good luck with your control and management.
