Having trouble syncing
Can't seem to sync my iPhone with the web. I've followed instructions, but when I tap Quick Sync, I get the "syncing" message, but it never tells me things have been completed, and the web doesn't seem to have my logs.
Can you help? :confused: |
Is your username and password the same on the app and the web?
Are you inputting the log information, as specified in the "GB Help" Thread? Have you ever been able to sync any information? |
If you have not done so, you need a PRO version or purchase the dual sync on the Premium Goodies to be able to sync your data to the cloud/web.
