retrieving logs
 
I would like to retrieve all my logs off of GB. Buddy online and import them to a new iphone, is that possible? Or would I have to purchase the $13.00 upgrade to sync across two iphones?

Normally, you would need the two-way-sync to download the data from the cloud to a new device. However, if you backed up your iPhone correctly, prior to purchasing the new one, when you restore your apps the GB App should go in as well and it should have all your data, just as it was before, on your old iPhone.

On an update to GB..I was able to retrieve my logs on my iPad by putting my account name and password..bit it does not work on my iPhone..I cannot retrieve my logs..I have the sync but when I sync the iPad..the iPhone tells me I have no logs..

The account name and password must be the same on all devices. Under "Settings", try the "Sync All Logs" on your iPhone.

It sounds like you are hitting "Quick Sync" instead of "Sync All". Make sure the username and the pass word are the same. Input a log in your device and sync it to check.

I purposely entered the wrong password and it told me this was a new account..then I entered what I believe to be the correct one..
I added a new entry..synced it..went to sync all logs..only that one I had previously entered appeared..

On my IPad..the new one appeared and all the old ones that are missing from my iPhone..including My Info
