adding and deleting glucose readings

I'm trying to add and delete glucose readings on the website. It just says "loading" when I click add or delete and it never does what I tell it to do! I've tried in Firefox and in Chrome.

Something has to be done or I will definitely not use this site anymore.

Has your account been activated, via the email that you were sent, when you signed up?

Have you tried to input data from the handheld device?

Do you currently have any data logs?

My account is activated. I have successfully ben able to add readings but after a while it quits working and most of hte time I have to close the browser and reopen it to fix it. Simply closing the tab and opening a new one doesn't fix it. I have no handheld device. Data logs? What do you mean data logs? I did download a CSV file but that was it.

It appears that you have been able to previously upload data and therefore, you currently have "data logs".

Your problems sounds more like a hardware/software problem, associated with the computer. It could be, and most-likely is, a security setting on your machine. Normally, the website works well with anything but Internet Explorer Version 9.

I've never used glucose buddy before other than from 3 days ago. I manually added them. It works occasionally on the website. I use a mac and Accu-chek doesn't offer a cable and drivers that are compabile with my meter.

If you are using a Mac, Safari generally works well with the website. If your Mac is a portable, I would take it to a different WiFi location and see how it connects with the website. The continuous loading sounds a lot like a connection issue.

Ok I'll try Safari. I use Firefox or Chrome since Safari doesn't load all web pages correctly. Especially those for my college student login area. My wifi connection is fine. It's one room over.
