Sync from computer to iPhone?

I can sync data from my iPhone to my computer, but I cannot sync from my computer to my iPhone. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You are correct. The only way to sync, from the cloud (computer) to the iPhone is to purchase the two-way-sync.

On the main menu, of the BG App, you will see an icon labeled as "Premium Goodies". There you will find the two-way-sync icon.

I have a similar problem. My iPhone crashed on me a few weeks ago. I did a full reinstall of all the apps and everything works fine. Except that the BG log on the iPhone is now empty, while the log on the GB website is intact. I'm afraid that if I do a sync from my iPhone, it will replace the website one with this empty one. How can I make sure that I won't loose anything?
