I just found out that I have type 2 diabetes. There is so much advice out there, not sure what to beleve.

Sorry to hear about your diagnosis, but I am glad that you are here. Welcome to the Forum! The information on T2 is about like everything else on the web, you just have to sift thru the BS and find out what works for you.
