Hello from Colorado
 

Hi I am Lisa, 46 years old and diagnosed as a T2 diabetic a few years ago but I watched my diet and exercised to stay off the meds. I had routine lab work a couple of weeks ago and I have some other health issues that may be contributing to my blood sugar but my glucose level has become too high and now I am on metformin 800mg once a day until next week when it goes up to twice a day. My husband the iPhone App King found this and I downloaded it and it along with the Nutrition Menu App (highly recommend it to everyone) are helping me to bring my bg under control. I'm already enjoying this App and the forum.
