BS 161 at bed time .
That BS is a little high but it beats the daylights out of the 300s where I've been. I am controlling my sugar much better with this software. 😃

If you have having problems with your blood sugar being high before bed, try a thirty (30') minute walk after dinner. The first three (3) threads in the Type 2 Section may be of use to you as well.
