quick sync from iphone

When I try to quick sync from iphone I get amessage that says i have not used the activation link. I dont have this. What to do?

Did you not get an email from GB Support when you signed up?

Same issue here. I never received an email with an activation link. Not sure what to do.:(

I would suggest that you email support and ask for activation of your account.

Mine. Syncs on iPhone but not on iPad , why???

Is the account information (ie UserName and PassWord) the same?
