Cannot sync with Iphone+computer or Ipad2

When trying to sync I get a message - " app cannot establish connection with Glucose Buddy server". How can I get my readings on the computer inorder to print them out.

Wait a minute or two and try it again. It will eventually go through. We are all having the same problem.

It is still not syncing from my iphone 3 to the website. Any updates!:confused:
