App for iPhone4
 

Just found your app and downloaded it. I am really confused, tho. I bought the other app to record my BP and when I enter info, I get the message "no information to save". I've been a type 2 diabetic for about 10 years, but was just now put in injectable insulin about 3 months ago and taken off pills then because of the damage the pills were starting to do to my kidneys.

I made a typo on my user name and have asked for instructions on how to correct that via a support email. No answer yet.

Maybe some of the problems I've having is because I'm also new to the iPhone4. I'll be 70 years old this summer and am not really into technology. In fact, I describe myself as technologically challenged <grin>.

Any tips and hints for using this app to its fullest would be appreciated.

If this is your first go round with GB and you haven't bought any of the add-on apps, it may be just as easy for you to delete the app and re-install it with the correct username and password that you want to use. Just remember that the account name and password must be the same on the app and the website in order for the data to upload correctly.
