Meds - Metformin 850 100mg 2x bid, Januvia 100mg 1x bid

Recent Lab A1Cs
3/10 7.6
3/22 7.5

Goal - getting it under 7.

Read the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, when you get a chance. Good luck with your control and management.

You can do it. Cut the carbs down to 30 grams and see what happens.

Scottie43 can I ask if you mean 30 gr carbs a day or per meal? Thanks.
