going off the pump

So I'm going off the pump because I can't afford it anymore. Planning to switch over to Lantus for my basal. Basically my question is how much Lantus do I take?
My current basal for my pump is
12am .375
7am .600
12 pm .350
2pm .325
4pm .375
9pm .350
11pm .425
For a total of 9.97u of novolog a day

This is a question that I feel your Endo should answer. However, there is a sticky thread in the Type 1 section that may be of some help.

Please don't double post. :(

Funny, I went off mine today because it's been acting wacky. My endo based my lantus dose off my daily basal totals. Ask your doc. Best bet.

What do you mean by wacky?

It just wasn't keeping me regulated. I don't know if it was my infusion sets or the pump itself but I'm taking a break.

I just went off my insulin pump yesterday! I had to make the switch back to Lantus and Novalog shots too. I had tried two different infusion sets and they both have stopped working and I was getting all kinds of no delivery alarms. My endo seems to think I have too much scar tissue and I have a lot of muscle which she says my affect my absorption abilities too with the sets. My blood sugars have been up and down since I came off the pump yesterday. I really would hate to see my A1C right now...
