Need way to help Stay Motivated!
 

Hello I’m Sarah I have been living with Diabetes for over 13 years and I’m only 21. I’m at wits end with it.. But I’m going to see if I can change my life style for the better. I’m looking for people to talk to that knows how hard it is to live everyday life as a Diabetic. I mean really my mother or Boyfriend can say take a shot! But after a week of being told, I just want to tell them where to put my meter.. and that is the time I loss all motivation I have got. But as of today I’m going to change but working a fulltime job, a part time job, and school full time I Just want to not have to find a way to keep my meds cold and so on. SO I need way to help Stay motivated?
Any Ideas?:confused:

Living with diabetes is a full time job. I try to look at it as an inconvenience and that seems to be working for me. Stress can send your numbers through the roof, try to look for a little "me time" for yourself. Keeping the insulin cool has not been a problem for me. Take a look at Frio. Try to whittle your problems down one at a time and you will be back on top in no time. Good luck with your diabetes journey. :)
