3rd Pregnancy
 

I am 6 weeks today and have Gd. My past two
Pregnancies the GD began anywhere from 20 wks to 25wks
Feeling a bit worried.

I have had 5 children with GD. Last 3 with insulin to control it. I demanded that I was seen by the diabetes doc right from the start of pregnancy in my last pregnancy. Not let me wait till 20 wks+ to start attending GD clinic. This really helped me control my diabetes from the start. I gave birth to a healthy 6lb 4oz baby 4 wks early but due to high blood pressure. The early care from the diabetes doc and following the diet strictly kept my baby healthy and and at a good weight. You can do it. Just be diligent.

I was diabetic during my third pregnancy.I was undergone a check up about my insulin and prescribed me some medicines to keep the insulin in control.
