Multiple Device Sync

I have a laptop, an i{ad and an iPhone. I can create entries on both apple devices and sync them to my laptop (web), but it only works one way. The web does not sync back down to the devices. Is this by design?

I have read the entire thread(s) about the sync....where do you purchase it? I've looked at ITunes.....I've looked at the website....:confused:....

The two-way-sync is located in the "Premium Goodies" on your iPhone App.
