deleting app

I accidentally deleted the app from my phone. I redownloaded it but all my information is gone. I found it on my computer. is there a way to sync it back to my phone.

When you download the new app you are starting from square one. That being said, if you had you phone backed up you could use the restore. If not you will need the two-way-sync add-on.
