Exporting Log
 

I read about emailing the logs and I have tried it a few times but it doesnt email it to me. The only thing it does is pull up a spread sheet. So am I doing something wrong?

Check in: My Info; Personal; Emails to make sure that your email address has been input. Here you can also input you doctor's address, if you need to send them to him/her.

Here I should mention that I have my iPhone set up to CC me on all emails that I send from the iPhone.

Next go to: Settings; Email Logs; Email Log Entries. You will then see the email document and the information that it is going to send. You may need to wait just a moment for the information to load, as the file can be very large. When you see the data (which looks very much like a spreadsheet or the CSV file), hit sent and you are done. You may have to wait here as well, remember the file can be very large.

Here I should mention that on my iPhone the To: Line is blank, but my CC email address is shown on the CC Line. Truthfully, I think that the address from your settings menu should show up in the To: line. However, if you still have problems you should try just typing your email address in the To: Line. I hope that the information is helpful.

Everytime I hit the "Email Log Entries" button it kicks me out of the application?? :confused:

I assume that you have input data into the App to email. Next follow the information provided in Post #2. Keep trying, it is probably a simple fix.
