Add-Ons

I purchased all the add-Ons on my ipad and some were applied to my iPhone but the Bo and wt one and the no ads on did not apply. It says repurchasing them will not be charged, but when I choose them, I am asked if I want to charge to my account. Please advise.

The first thing to do is check the Premium Goodies icon. If they are showing up there, they have not been purchased in the current version of the app. iTunes will know if they have been purchased, in their records, and you will not be charged again.
