Resetting Graph

Can anyone tell me how to delete the information on the graphs? I would like to reset it and start again.

Can you elaborate?

The data in the graph is controlled by the data that you input. Hence, it is your graph data.

The units on the outside of the graph are default numbers, there is no way to change them.
