I recently had to reinstall the app in January that I purchased in December that was $12.99 because my iPad had to be replaced and I lost the first install. I also had a additional charge of $3.99 that I did not want but I charged by mistake and I can't get in touch with any TECH SUPPORT to help. Any suggestions anyone?

Can I get tech support to remove these charges and if so how?

The charges were made through iTunes and, as it turns out, I don't believe that tech support has any control over iTunes.

Well, as it turns out I do thank you very much for your trouble dano I will contact iTunes about my problem and hopefully a refund, maybe.

Good Luck with the refund. I made the same mistake once as well. I just wrote it down to experience and have not make that mistake again. ;)
