I recently had to reinstall the app in January that I purchased in December that was $12.99 because my iPad had to be replaced and I lost the first install. I also had a additional charge of $3.99 that I did not want but I charged by mistake and I can't get in touch with any TECH SUPPORT to help. Any suggestions anyone?

The only thing that I got out of your post was background information. So, what is the question or problem?

Can I get tech support to remove these charges and if so how?

Good Luck with the refund. I made the same mistake once as well. I just wrote it down to experience and have not make that mistake again. ;)
