Glucose level information....

hi people. just a quick question. my fasting blood sugar level is 4.9 mmol 2 hours after breakfast it was 6.8 mmol. is this normal or high? just worried thats all. thanks will

Your fasting numbers should be between 3.9 mmol/L & 5.5 mmol/L and your blood sugar level two (2) hours after a meal should be less than 7.8 mmol/L.
