new to GB

Hello everyone,

I've just been diagnosed with pre- diabetes and found this great app that would hopefully keep me on track to a healthy life. I look forward to meeting new people.

I suggest that you read the first three threads in the Type 2 Section and do a Tag Search on Pre-diabetes or use this link. Good luck with your control and management.
