Hi to everyone from Seattle

Hi Everyone :) Just diagnosed with Type 2 last week. Started on Metformin 500mg for this first week then increase to 1000mg. This was a wake up call for me about my lifestyle:(. Started excercise program diet etc. I look forward to this forum. I am glad you are all here.
