activities

How active are you? My doctor has recently told me to stop all activity/exercise. I routinely walk/jog and swim. I mountain climb on Tuesdays, pole vault on Wednesdays, and parachute on Thursdays. I wanted to begin scuba diving and wrestling because I have two "free days". Should I ignore y doctor's orders. I think I will. What do you say?

I try to keep an active lifestyle that stems from the need to keep my levels down. Before discovering it all, I was a competitive swimmer and I just quit the school team as they would not allow me to join meets even though I have certification that I could join. Probably they just do not want to possibly cause more problem as I would have requirements over what to eat and whatnot. Until now, I swim regularly and I bike for about 30 minutes a day.

I was diagnosed 4 weeks ago Friday. I am or I should say used to be a marathoner since my diagnosis my doc has cut my weekly mileage down to only 15-25 miles a week and he wants me to put on ten lbs of muscle so me personally I'm going with what he says to do just for the time being lol
