Was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at the age of 40. I am now 52 years old. I am on metformin 500mg twice daily. I had my sugars under control for a long time but recently have lost my way and not kept with my diet and med. This is an attempt at getting back on track. Hopefully with the advise and encouragement from others I will be more motivated and do right by me and my health. I welcome your advise. Great to meet you all.
