Prblems With Sync
 
Since you have updated the site I have been unable to connect to sync my log files - Also when I attempt to connect today with firefox I had a warning that something was wrong with the https:// - Do I need to change some settings on my iPhone?

I have same thing. Says “It seems like you are not connected to the internet or the internet connection is not stable.”

I am wired in. Also, WiFi is working for everything else.

I have the very same ossue as well. My syncing stopped Monday Morning.

Still not syncing
 
I still can not get t to sync and i have a doctors appoinment next week. My docor has been getting all his patients to use this and if i cant sync to print my charts....he might not like it so much

Trying to alter my reminder times, which seem to have gone all over the shop (I have been reminded in the middle of the night and I never even set a midnight reminder to be pushed)... the page keeps trying to load and then eventually it gives up... error message is: "Unable to connect to the Glucose Buddy Server"

Log syncing appears to work just fine. However I want to make the change for the reminders and am unable to do so.

Problem with sync...
 
Have been trying to 'Quick Sync' for the past several days without any luck ! Each attempt results in a overlay box with the following info displayed.... "Sync Status" " An unknown error has occured. Please try again or at a later time." Do you have any info regarding a quick fix?

Sync problems
 
I have not been able to syn my log and have received unknown errors.
Is there a way to correct this problem?

For anyone having a problem syncing to their iphone I found that if you turn the completely off and restart it you can then sync all your logs.
