Post Meal Reminder alarm?
 

I can't find an alarm setup for a reminder to get a reading 2 hours after a meal. I'm new at this, and the hardest thing for me to do is to stop what I'm doing exactly 2 hours after eating and take a reading.

Any help from those more experienced?

It can be done. Choose Reminders; Push Reminder "+" to create a new reminder; Choose Coordinate With Event; Choose the Event; If at breakfast then choose "Before Breakfast" Check the "How Long After" the default is set at 2 hours, if you want more or less then change it; Choose "Save" and you are done.
