I've had GB on my iPhone for a while and don't really understand what it can really do for me. I haven't really used it as such. Hoping someone can assist.

I assume that you have diabetes or you wouldn't be here. That being the case, then GB can make a world of difference in your control by helping you manage your condition. Test your blood sugar, input the data and see how it works for you. If you don't try it, you will never know. Good luck!
