diabetes are you for real...
 

so I just recently had sinus surgery and have been feeling even crappier than I have been the past several months.. My mom is type 2 diabetic and she was checking her sugar and out of curiosity I asked her to check mine.. What do ya know it was 305 this was after 3hr breakfast. I freaked out.. so today I went to my surgen felt really sick told him about my sugar level so he checked it for me while I fasted it was 188.. I assume i get the good new of being in the diabetic club so here a hello to you all

thanks.. I guess i can blame me for some of it though..Im 30 yrs old and have 2 kids and instead of worrying about my health I stuffed my face with carbs and sugar.. Its funny how people take it seriously when they are diagnosed with it.. However, I look forward to fighting this and getting healthy for my kiddos..

That is a good way to look at it. Diabetes mostly takes a lifestyle change. If many of us would have started the healthier living sooner, most-likely we would not have ended up here.
