TIPS not working
 

My time zone is set to US, but when I am at the screen where I should be able to enter data for this, nothing happens. I am unable to do anything except go back to the previous screen. Help!! You guys are great by the way!!!!

I guess I did not make myself clear enough. I have done everything suggested in your "link". And strange enough, today my TIPS icon disappeared from my screen. I tried to go back in and get it back, but it just got locked up. I tried several times and the same thing kept happening - it locked up. Very frustrating!

How do I get my TIPS icon back??????

BTW, I have gone to Premium Features, and the only thing that comes up is "Cross Device 2-way.....". This is where it locks up. Thanks.
