Salutations! Pre-diabetes
 

My name is Kijt. I just learned that I have pre-diabetes. My doctor has given me 6 months before we begin trying medications. I want to learn as much as I can and to control as much as I can.
I have to admit, I knew it was coming. Diabetes runs in my family. I have a terrible diet. I don't exercise enough. I love candy. It was just a matter of time. I just believed the lie I kept telling myself, I still have time. Well, the reality is here and I have to buckle down and take charge. (Time to put on the big girl pants! :D )
