lost logs after upgrade

I have upgraded GB (3.1.1) to the latest version (3.5.5). My recent logs are gone after upgrade. I can see only 70 old entries from 2009 on my IPod.
Please help!

I am assuming that you backed up your iTouch prior to the download and restored this information to the iTouch after the download. If you have already done this, try rebooting the iTouch.

Thanks for a quick reply. Do you mean I have to restore an older version of GB app?

No restore the data files, that were created with the older version of GB. I don't think you backed up, did you?

Don't panic yet. Today or tomorrow the latest version of GB (3.6) should be out in iTunes. Just down load this program and restore your files from the website. It will be true two-way sync. :)

Thanks again. I have not tried to save my data on your website... But I do have a backup from a few days ago. I've found GB data file... It looked like SQLite database, so I was trying to open it using two different SQLite browsers -- both has showed the same old records! But, what's strange -- if you take a look at the file in some binary viewer (old good UNIX od, for example) you can see all the data! And my older version of BP was showing everything -- just yesterday! Backup was done a few days earlier. Should we suspect that some data format has been changed b/w the versions? I've made a backup right now -- and a newer GP file (it supposed to have just a few days more than the file from my backup) also shows all the data in od, but only a few tens of 2009 records -- in GB and in SQLite browsers. I just want to recover a few weeks worth of data -- please advise.

I may have made a mistake... Most likely I had an older version of GB...
-- too many devices in this house ;)... It was not 3.1.1... (Is there any way to figure out by looking at the data file or crash log?) But, anyway, after upgrade to 3.5.5 I can see only old records. ;(

Are you currently syncing (uploading) data to the website? If so, you data is already on the web. It appears that you may just be holding the data on your iTouch device. You should be able to see new logs as well. Have you tried rebooting the iTouch. This has helped in many instances. Either way, I hope it works out for you.

I've uploaded data to the website -- just to check how it works. I can see the same old records on the website. Data file on iPad -- I beleive -- has everything, but nor GB 3.5.5, nor SQLite browsers can show data collected by older version of GB.

Danny, is there any way to install an older version of GB app? One from 09/2009? According to iTune that was version 2.1. Thanks a lot.
