weird lows
 

So usally im really high or kind of high but lately ive been really low like as low as 56 when normally im around 140, i havent really changed my appitite or my insalin dosage, is that normal?

Not really normal, unless you are exercising more or taking a med that is just now kicking in. This is just a guess in the dark, without knowing more about your condition, meds and routine.
