Leave on or take off pump during activity?

Sometimes I take my pump off when I'm playing a sport but sometimes I leave it off. What do you do?

I keep it in because if I don't I go high, even with the exercise.

I usually leave it on bc I go high without it but if it is a more contact sport I will take it off.

Leave it on but turn on a lower temporary basal rate if your BS is normal when you start exercising. This will prevent a low and also from you forgetting to put the pump back on.

I leave mine on, unless it is a water sport, but I have a secondary rate to switch to that is slightly lower than my regular basal.

On or off?

I usually lower my basal for things like running, golf, or volleyball. When playing a contact sport or swimming I take it off and check about every 45 minutes.
