Import data from BG meter?
 

Hi - Just started using Glucose Buddy (web & iphone) - looks like it is going to be very very useful - many thanks for creating such a useful free resource.

Quick question - can you tell me if there is any way of importing BG data from a BG meter - rather than having to enter in readings manually? (I currently have a Freestyle meter & I'm pretty sure you can get a PC connection cable and get data in CSV format).

Would be good to be able to tie up BG data and food/exercise data under one analysis tool rather than haing to read across between two.

I also have a CSV with all of my Blood readings, i do not wish to have to copy them all in manually. Is there a simple CSV upload to import the information?

I would be happy to put the CSV in the same format you have it your export CSV as (Type,Value,Unit,Name,Event,Date Time,Notes).

I'm a little surprised at the lack of meter or CSV upload capability, and more surprised at a lack of an answer from the company.

I would also like to import data from the test meter. Uploaded to pc no prob but how to send info to glucose buddy? Can't do all 300 manually

Copying data from free app to paid app
 

Hi, I'm new to Glucose Buddy online. I have the free version of Glucose Buddy on my Iphone and I just purchased the paid version. Can you tell me how to copy the data from the free version of Glucose Buddy to the paid version of Glucose Buddy? Thank you in advance.

There is no paid version of Glucose Buddy, only a free version with upgrades within it.
