Try doing a search on "snacks". I know there is a lot of information, on this site, concerning this subject. Some ideas for snacks... raw vegetable, nuts (almonds are one of the best), cheese, dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher), pork rinds/scratchings, cold meats, boiled eggs, peanut butter. Exercise and drinking lots of water can help and remember eating "in moderation" is always key, especially if you are prone to over do it!

Try balance bars. You can get them at any grocery store. They have the right amount of carbs, protein, and fat. They are actually very good. Also apples and nuts are a good option.
