What to eat with my metformin
 

Hi,
I recently switched from slow release to regular 500mg 3 times a day, I'm just not always hungry when it's time to take it,i also am watching my carb intake and have been having stomach issues. Any suggestion on what to eat with it to help the stomach?

I take mine with some other drugs, which require me to wait 30 minutes before actually eating breakfast. If you are in this situation as well, I would suggest a couple of crackers until you are able to eat breakfast. I haven't had to do this, but I'm reasonable sure that it would help.

Get off of that God-awful drug and try natural cures!!!
