Cannot sync with iPod

Whenever I try to sync my iPod log with this website, I get the message "An unknown error has occurred . Please try again or at a later time. What am I doing wrong?

Are you connected to a Wi-Fi connection when this occurs?

Please check http://gbsupport.blogspot.com for a few suggestions. If the error still occurs, the best work around is to create a new web account. Make sure to use a different email and username for your new account.

After you have created the new web account, perform a Sync All Logs to Web (Settings within the app).

Yes I have a web account, but I do not have a choice of "all logs to web". Where doI find this. I have only quick sync.

On your iPod Touch open the BG App; Settings; Account Info; then choose -> Synchronize All Logs to Web. I hope this helps.
