Intro & Tech Question
 

Just logged in with the GB3.50 app from my iPhone. Hadn't used GB since I had misplaced my iPod Touch with an earlier version this past spring. Good to be back I think but I'm unable to synch my readings from today. I get a "Username or Password is incorrect." statement yet I'm able to login here to these forums and to enter my numbers from my laptop. Any ideas what I may be doing wrong? Works one way but not with the iPhone app?

BTW- been Type 2 for 26 years, last A1c was 6.1, Metformin & Glyburide.

Yes, the website password expires and the App password does not. Check the Known Issues thread in the GB Support section. Contact (Jeff) user name jan.
