I have purchased the 2-way sync but cant see how to sync data from free to pro version

You will not be syncing from the free to the pro. You will be syncing from the web "cloud" to the pro.

There may be no mention of sync from the "cloud", but that is where the information is stored and where it will come from when you sync. Make sure that you read through this thread.

I gone thru the thread. The problem is : there is no 2-way sync option in the pro version and there is no "goodies" in the pro version that I can repurchase the 2-way sync. Clicking sync all logs says nothing to sync.

2 emails to support and no response....

I wish that I could help.

I did check and there is no mention of the two-way-sync on iTunes or the GB website.

There is no response from the support email. This is frustrating. I purchased the Pro version only to find out that the data of the free version is not available to the Pro version in the same iphone. Then I purchased the 2-way sync under the impression that this is the only way the data can be available to the pro version - only to find out that there is simply no 2-way sync option in the Pro version. I have been tricked into buying the Pro version and the 2-way sync only to find out that this developer does not care about the paying users and that they don't bother to answer emails. :mad::mad::mad:

Now is Sept 14, still no response from support at all. Not even a courtesy one like "we will come back to you"...

Sometimes I wonder if the support personnel/developer really knows to whom this product is for?

This product is meant for, mostly if not all, people who has a medical condition that has an extremely low chance of recovery. Most of us need to face this condition for the rest of our lives. This software is supposed to help us to improve the management of the condition and, not to heal it, but to make it easier to cope with.

For a simple question like this thread, no one even has the slight intention of replying - like: you bought it, doesn't work, who cares...

Did you update to pro?

You may need the two-way-sync, more info is available by doing a tag search on "two-way-sync". Please advised that the data exchange is from the "cloud" back to the iPhone or portable device. However, if you just updated to the new update GB V3.7, your data should be there just as it was before.
