I like wine very much when I am in parties. But don't like to drink in routine cause Its harmful for our health to drink in routine.

Mixing wine with soda may be a compromise perhaps. The die hard wine lovers will be shocked but hey it requires actions to beat this insidious condition.

I drink white wine Pinot Grigio mixed with diet soda. It will lower my bs so I have to take less insulin & be sure to snack while drinking

I read somewhere that one or two 12 oz beers are ok but will lower BG then spike again.
