Prblems With Sync
 
Since you have updated the site I have been unable to connect to sync my log files - Also when I attempt to connect today with firefox I had a warning that something was wrong with the https:// - Do I need to change some settings on my iPhone?

I have same thing. Says “It seems like you are not connected to the internet or the internet connection is not stable.”

I am wired in. Also, WiFi is working for everything else.

I have the very same ossue as well. My syncing stopped Monday Morning.

Still not syncing
 
I still can not get t to sync and i have a doctors appoinment next week. My docor has been getting all his patients to use this and if i cant sync to print my charts....he might not like it so much

Problem with sync...
 
Have been trying to 'Quick Sync' for the past several days without any luck ! Each attempt results in a overlay box with the following info displayed.... "Sync Status" " An unknown error has occured. Please try again or at a later time." Do you have any info regarding a quick fix?

For anyone having a problem syncing to their iphone I found that if you turn the completely off and restart it you can then sync all your logs.

Unable to sync.
 
New to Glucose Buddy and trying to sync from my iphone. I keep getting the message that says not connected to internet. Not true. everyelse works just fine. Love the app. but wish I could get it to sync. Any thoughts?

New user here, I have been unable to connect as well with my iPod Touch.

I get the same Sync Status Error as mentioned above.

How do you delete logs from the app?

From the server logs, it looks like you are experiencing the problem that happens when you delete one of your online logs from the website w/o also deleting the same one from within the app. This will definitely cause the problem.

After syncing I found an error in the glucose amount I typed into a log entry on the iPhone. I corrected the value on the web site and then I corrected the value on the iPhone. After doing this I can no longer sync.

I was using v. 3.1.1 (I think) and got the "try again or try later" message each time I tried to sync. I updated to v. 3.2 and now I get the "you might have deleted a log on the web site that you did not delete from the iPhone" message every time I try to sync.

It is a clear as the nose on my face how to delete log entries on the web. How do you delete log entries on the iPhone? Under the 'My Logs' I can see how to edit log entries, but now how to delete them.


ADDED AS EDIT: What exactly is a "Junior Member", and what other member levels are there?

To delete a log on the iPhone: While in the the Edit Log menu, take your finger and push the item up on the screen. The Delete Log button hides behind the meal wheel. I hope this helps. :)

Where is the Edit Log menu?
 
Hey Now,

I solved the problem by creating a new account and uploading all logs to that account. Solved, but sloppy.

Where would I find the Edit Log menu on the iPhone. I looked and could not find it.

Corvid -> X19;

Just select one of the items in your My Logs data base. When you "click" select the item, the Edit Log appears and you can either edit the item or delete it. I hope this helps. :)
