Organic apple cider vinegar has amazing qualities. Don't know about sugar, though. I get upset when I hear of people taking pharmaceuticals for heartburn. Vinegar works instantly. We should all consider natural before pharma and be committed to organic unprocessed foods.

I have recently started taking an ACV caplet, I just couldn't bear the taste of liquid. I will check in again in a month or so with any results

do you think it would be useful do use a diluted apple cider vinegar water mixture for misting to combat mold, just as a preventative thing?
