You are not alone. I take metformin and januvia. When I'm feeling hungry I eat a high fiber cereal or pb&j sandwiches. I've lost weight doing this. I also don't buy junk food so there is nothing in the cabinets to eat. Also I recommend you watch the documentary "fed up"

You are Not the only 1 out of control! I am Type 2, have been for 5 years and have been in denial for 5 years! My sugar is beyond uncontrollable! I just took my sugar 325. The cravings are killing me and I have gained 68lbs. I lost 45 two years ago and now gained almost double back! I need help from a coach every time I binge, which is a lot since I live alone with 2 cats!

Talk to your doctor about weight loss surgery. There is an excellent chance that if you do this and lose the excess weight that type 2 will reverse itself.
