Hi... I just joined the DM II group.

I do jus d health insurance, but it turns out the coverage and cost for testing strips and lancets are no good. Amazon sells my supplies ALOT cheaper the the price AFTER my insurance "covered" price.

I use the Contour meter and test strips. I'm getting 100 strips for $24 dollar! Makes me ❤️ Amazon even more!!

Check Amazon for better prices. Definitely better than Walgreens.

I hope this helps. Take care everyone!

Hi! I found Walmart to be the cheapest for everything. R and N, which you can get without a prescription, are less than $25/bottle. The ReliOn meter is about $10 and 100 strips cost $18. Syringes are only a few dollars for a pack of 10, but they won't sell you more than 30 without a prescription.

Insulin???? NEVER!!!!! Control it with diet, excerise and if you must, pills. Once you start shouting up, it's the beginning of the end!!!!!

no insurance need advice

Go shop. I recently reduced mine by half. The insurance companies are counting on you to just renew, especially if you are paying it through a mortgage payment.
