Counting the carbs worked for me Stay away from sugar it is in a lot of things we eat. I love pasta but it has a lot of sugar so I also use portion control. And if I have a bad day I don't beat myself up just exercise and begin again. I have lost 20 lbs just by watching the carbs don't have more than 70 carbs per meal and eat healthy snacks.
